Manuals / Install Instructions

1. Preparation: Warm the tire (sunlight or heat gun) to soften the 4-ply carcass.

2. Rim Care: Clean the 7" rim thoroughly; check the tubeless valve stem for any debris.

3. Lubrication: Apply tire bead lubricant or soapy water to both the tire beads and the rim edge.

4. Mounting: Start one side by hand, then use heavy-duty tire levers to work the bead over the rim.

5. Seating: Use a high-pressure compressor to seat the beads. You should hear two distinct "pops" when fully seated.
