When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order by 2 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday, Scooterworks will ship all in-stock merchandise THE SAME DAY. Orders placed after 2 pm Monday through Friday, during the weekend, or on holidays, will ship the following business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After your order ships, the time it takes to arrive depends on the shipping method selected as well as the destination. Please allow 4-10 business days for UPS Ground or USPS to deliver your order. For the best service and most prompt delivery, we recommend UPS. Postal delivery carries no guarantee and no accurate tracking method.

All shipping will be billed at the actual prevailing published standard shipping rates plus 10% for handling and materials. Oversize and heavy items may be subject to higher rates.

No delivery hour is guaranteed by any of the shippers.

What is the accepted payment methods?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept PayPal to the address paypal@scooterworks.com. We do not send COD orders. International orders can be paid with PayPal or by bank wire transfer only.

What is the process for returning a product?

Scooterworks USA requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for product being returned to the company. For more information on how to obtain an RMA, please see our Policies page.
