This NCY Super Transmission bolt-on set is one of the best kits to deliver quicker acceleration, higher top speeds, and smoother operation of the CVT transmission on your Yamaha Zuma 50 or Jog two-stroke (2T) scooter.
Specifications:
Each kit includes the following:
- NCY CVT variator
- NCY ultralight outer drive face
- NCY large shoe racing clutch
- NCY ultralight large PTFE coated, drilled and vented racing clutch bell
- NCY dual range secondary slider
- NCY 15 x 12 5gram, 6gram, and 7gram roller weights
- NCY 1500 RPM compression spring

Note: WILL NOT work on 1st Gen, 2001 and older Zumas
Scooterworks recommends using a new belt with this kit and using either graphite or molybdenum disulfide (moly) grease when assembling.
