Now available in black, the NCY scooter steering stem and triple tree will add some stability and flash to your Honda Ruckus or Metropolitan. The NCY fork clamp reduces front-end flex while you're riding and lets you corner like a champ. Makes a boss addition to the NCY front end disc conversion kit.
